{"id":1106,"date":"2013-05-13T02:58:06","date_gmt":"2013-05-13T02:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/suretyone.com\/blog\/?p=1106"},"modified":"2017-01-03T16:20:35","modified_gmt":"2017-01-03T16:20:35","slug":"new-hampshire-motor-fuel-distributor-bond","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suretyone.com\/blog\/new-hampshire-motor-fuel-distributor-bond\/","title":{"rendered":"New Hampshire Motor Fuel Distributor Bond"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A proper distributor license and <strong><a title=\"Surety One\" href=\"https:\/\/suretyone.com\" target=\"_blank\">New Hampshire motor fuel distributor bond<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>must be on file with the Department of Safety or it is deemed a violation of law for any person to sell or use motor fuel upon which the road toll imposed and collected under NH Chapter 260, has not been paid. In order to obtain a motor fuel distributor license, a signed application, subject to prosecution for unsworn falsification and corresponding <strong>New Hampshire fuel distributor bond<\/strong>\u00a0must\u00a0be filed with the <a title=\"NH Dept of Safety\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nh.gov\/safety\/divisions\/administration\/roadtoll\/forms.html\" target=\"_blank\">Department of Safety<\/a>\u00a0in such form as the Commissioner may require.
