Per\u00a0\u00a712-1384.2, &#8220;If a temporary restraining order is granted, the party restrained may recover the damages he sustained, including reasonable attorney&#8217;s fees, if it is finally decided that the restraining order ought not to have been granted.&#8221; For this reason, the Code of Civil procedure requires an Oklahoma temporary injunction bond (surety undertaking on temporary restraining order). Pursuant to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/law.justia.com\/codes\/oklahoma\/2014\/title-12\/section-12-1392\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a712-1392,<\/a> &#8220;No injunction shall\u00a0become effective until the movant files\u00a0an undertaking, with sufficient surety and approved\u00a0by the clerk of the court.
