The bond requirements range from a minimum bond of $25,000 to a maximum bond amount of $200,000 using <strong>Colorado fuel distributor bond<\/strong> form <a title=\"CO Fuel Distrib Bond form.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.colorado.gov\/cs\/Satellite?blobcol=urldata&amp;blobheader=application%2Fpdf&amp;blobkey=id&amp;blobtable=MungoBlobs&amp;blobwhere=1239161348455&amp;ssbinary=true\" target=\"_blank\">DR 7065<\/a>. \u00a0The bond guarantees that the licensee will pay all taxes, penalties and interest due or to become due under the law of Colorado relating to gasoline and\/or special fuel, and particularly under section 39-27-101 to section 39-27-218, inclusive, of Colorado Revised Statutes 1973.\u00a0The <em>nation\u2019s surety leader<\/em>,\u00a0<a title=\"Surety One\" href=\"https:\/\/suretyone.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Surety One, Inc.<\/a>, will offer terms to all fuel distributors regardless of credit and financial statement condition.
