The <strong>Florida tobacco distributor bond<\/strong> must be in the sum of $1,000 and in a form prescribed by the <a title=\"FL Div. of Alc Bev &amp; Tobacco\" href=\"http:\/\/www.myfloridalicense.com\/dbpr\/abt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Division<\/a>, currently <a title=\"FL Tobacco bond form\" href=\"http:\/\/www.myfloridalicense.com\/dbpr\/abt\/forms\/documents\/abt-6032.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">form ABT-6032<\/a>. Whenever it is the opinion of the Division that the bond given by a licensee is inadequate in amount to fully protect the State, the Division will require an additional bond. \u00a0The bond obligation\u00a0\u00a0guarantees compliance with Florida Statutes <a title=\"FL Tobacco Distrib Law\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Laws\/Statutes\/2011\/Chapter210\/Part_II\" target=\"_blank\">Chapter 21, Part II<\/a>, and the payment when due of all taxes, penalties, and accrued interest.\u00a0The <strong>Florida\u00a0surety leader<\/strong>,\u00a0<a title=\"Surety One\" href=\"https:\/\/suretyone.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Surety One, Inc.<\/a>\u00a0issues tobacco sales and excise tax bonds for all applicants regardless of his or her credit condition.
