In the case of a taxpayer who is habitually delinquent in the submission of returns or payment of the tax, the amount of the security shall be five (5) times the average monthly tax due (<a title=\"ID Beer Tax code\" href=\"http:\/\/adminrules.idaho.gov\/rules\/current\/35\/0112.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">IDAPA 36.01.12<\/a>). \u00a0The <strong><a title=\"ID Beer Tax bond form\" href=\"http:\/\/tax.idaho.gov\/forms\/EFO00109_04-15-2008.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Idaho beer tax bond<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>obligation guarantees that if the distributor fails to pay the taxes imposed under Chapter 10, Title 23, Idaho code, when due, the surety agrees to pay all taxes, and any related penalties, and interest that may be due or become due to the <a title=\"ID Tax Commission\" href=\"http:\/\/tax.idaho.gov\/i-1021.cfm#sub4\" target=\"_blank\">Commission<\/a> up to the full bond amount. <strong>United States\u00a0surety leader<\/strong>,\u00a0<a title=\"Surety One\" href=\"https:\/\/suretyone.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Surety One, Inc.<\/a>\u00a0issues beer tax, wine bonds, and liquor tax bonds for all applicants regardless of credit.
