The term includes establishments that offer access to any of the following facilities: gymnasiums, swimming pools, tracks, ball courts, weight lifting equipment, exercise equipment or facilities, saunas, steambaths, or whirlpools. It does not include establishments that limit their services primarily to diet counseling and the provision of special dietary foods. The <strong><a title=\"Surety One commercial surety page\" href=\"https:\/\/suretyone.com\/commercial-surety-bonds\" target=\"_blank\">Kentucky health spa bond<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0must be filed with the <a title=\"KY Atty Gen.\" href=\"http:\/\/ag.ky.gov\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Kentucky Attorney General<\/a>\u00a0and is to\u00a0be held for compensation to any member who suffers loss of money paid due to the insolvency of the health spa, cessation of operation of the health spa, or failure of the health spa to open for business within ninety (90) days from the sale of the first contract.
