A Wyoming non-resident employers' bond is required from business that are domiciled outside of the state. Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes Title 27. Labor and Employment §27-1-106, non-resident businesses "of any kind that expect to pay wages in the state of Wyoming in excess of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) monthly or one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000.00) annually as a result of Wyoming operations, must file with the Director of the Department of Workforce Services a surety bond approved by the director and the attorney general."
